The bearing ring is made of stainless steel to provide you with shock resistance and perfect durability against wear and rust.

The cage around the balls is made of nylon to prevent corrosion and increase the life of the bearings whatever the climatic conditions.

QuGear Rust Proof bearings are made with 2 nylon plastic shields that are dust-proof, water-proof, and moisture-proof on both sides, to reduce the risk of soiling, as well as for easy maintenance by simply moving a cutter blade vertically.

Interview :
After riding in water, expel the water from the bearings by spinning them while empty and clean the flanges with a dry cloth. If you hear the balls turning or if dirt is slowing the rotation of the bearings, disassemble the wheels, remove the flanges with a cutter, let the bearings soak in a degreaser or cleaning fluid for 24 hours, empty the inside by spinning them while empty, then add a drop of oil between the balls before reassembling the flanges and degreasing the outside of the bearings with a dry cloth.
